Our employees are well trained, experienced and professional individuals consisting of three outside sales engineers with over 60 years of combined sales experience, each with a geographically defined territory. The main office is staffed by a full time office manager/secretary as well as one part-time secretary.

ORGANIZATION - SERVICES -DEVELOPMENT
All our offices are professionally staffed and located within major telephone exchanges to facilitate efficient customer service. We execute such services as quotations, proposals and forecasts in addition to expediting and product application support for our customers. All our outside sales engineers are well equipped with cell phones, pagers, voice mail and e-mail to allow our customers and principals the easiest access to us at all times. We are also well versed in computer technology and actively maintain a current database company wide. Along with an active and categorized direct mail program, CAI participates in all pertinent trade shows within our area, and we offer and encourage seminars as an important aspect of our sales efforts. Subsequent to the start-up phase, we welcome factory personnel to assist us in demo's, closing large orders and continually updating our product knowledge.
